Terms & Salon Policies

Welcome to Lunar Glow Lab. By booking an appointment, accessing our services, or utilizing our website (LunarGlowLab.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms, Salon Policies, and Service Disclaimers. Please review them carefully prior to your session.
1. Studio Location & Business Model
- Independent Operator: Lunar Glow Lab is an independently owned and operated hair studio suite located inside Body Spa Salons at 2470 Paseo Verde Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89014.
- By Appointment Only: To ensure a private, customized, high-end experience for every client, all sessions are conducted by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.
2. Booking, Deposits & Cancellation Policy
- Booking Requirements: A valid credit card or non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment time.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment modifications.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- Same-day cancellations or failure to show up ("No-Shows") will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost, and future bookings may require full pre-payment.
- Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to alter your service scope or reschedule your session to avoid impacting the next client. Late fees or service adjustments are applied at the stylist’s discretion.
3. Hair Services & Results Disclaimer
- Variability of Results: Hair color transformations, chemical processing, high-impact blonde lifts, and vivid color shifts require custom formulations. Individual results will vary depending on your hair's history, texture, porosity, integrity, and home maintenance routine.
- Full Disclosure Required: Clients must fully disclose all previous hair treatments (including box dyes, henna, metallic salts, chemical relaxers, or keratin treatments) during the consultation. Lunar Glow Lab is not responsible for unpredictable reactions, uneven lifting, or hair compromised due to undisclosed hair history.
- Patch & Allergy Tests: If you have sensitive skin, scalp sensitivities, or a history of allergic reactions to hair dyes or salon products, please request a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service.
4. Scalp & Wellness Treatments
- Cosmetic Notice: Specialty scalp services (such as the Joico Scalp Vitality treatment) are designed for cosmetic scalp hygiene, barrier restoration, and hair wellness support.
- Not Medical Care: Our scalp treatments are not medical or dermatological procedures and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical scalp or skin conditions (including, but not limited to, severe psoriasis, eczema, alopecia, or scalp infections). Clients with medical scalp conditions should consult a licensed dermatologist.
5. Adjustments & Satisfaction Policy
- Client Satisfaction: We want you to love your hair! If you are unsatisfied with your result, please notify us within 7 days of your original appointment.
- Adjustment Sessions: Complimentary adjustments are offered at our discretion if the final result strays significantly from what was agreed upon during the consultation. Adjustments do not apply if you change your mind about the agreed-upon style/color, or if post-service care instructions were not followed.
- Refunds: Due to the time, expertise, and professional products used during your session, all service fees are non-refundable.
6. Payments & Pricing
- Pricing Structure: Prices listed on our menu or website are starting estimates. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, extra product usage, or specialized color techniques required. You will be informed of any price adjustments during your initial consultation.
- Accepted Payments: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Payment is due in full upon completion of your service.
7. Website Usage & Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, graphic assets, brand elements, and imagery on LunarGlowLab.com are the intellectual property of Lunar Glow Lab and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written authorization.
